Licensing

Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to receive updates and support for purchased add-ons and themes. 

Beginning on March 7, 2016, all Vimeography plugin products are sold as recurring subscription services. After one year, license keys are automatically renewed until cancelled. 

If a patron cancels a subscription but would like to renew his or her license at any point, the patron will pay any product price increases accrued during that time. 

Each license is sold to an individual or company and may not be transferred or sold to other products or services without purchasing a multi-site license. If an individual uses a non-transferrable license on multiple products, Vimeography has the right to remove services and refuse support without notice. If an individual or company sells a license without prior consent from Vimeography LLC, Vimeography has the right to terminate services without notice. 

Software Updates

Software updates made to Vimeography.com and its products will be automatically delivered without cost to individuals with an active and valid license via the WordPress Dashboard. Once a license becomes inactive, a new license must be purchased in order to receive any new updates. 

Support Services

We appreciate you purchasing products from Vimeography and understand that sometimes they require some assistance to work. We are happy to provide support as needed to all individuals with an active and valid license. 

Support for purchased extensions is given up to one year after the purchase date. 

If you wish to continue to receive support after one year, you must renew your license key or purchase a new license for the extension you wish to get support for.

Refunds

If you have problems getting extensions to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. 

Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket with your problem. 

By purchasing your products from Vimeography.com you agree to this refund policy. 

NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing.
