How do I update my payment method?

There are two separate processes for updating your payment method depending on the original form of payment.

If you paid via Credit Card

Sign in to your Vimeography account at https://vimeography.com/account

Click the tab for the Subscriptions section. There, you will see a link to Update Payment Method under the Actions heading.

You'll be taken to a page with a section for adding your new payment method and billing address.

You can enter the new card here and any billing address changes, if necessary. Don't forget to click the save button at the bottom!

If you paid via PayPal

All of your billing information is managed within your PayPal account. You can control your card information and subscription settings right within your PayPal account.
